Ami-Ro Sköld is the co-founder of Onoma Productions and a versatile director, producer, and animator with extensive experience in the production and financing of film projects both nationally and internationally. By co-producing all their projects, they have developed a deep understanding of film financing and creative collaborations.Butiken, Ami-Ro’s latest feature film, premiered at the London Film Festival and Rotterdam before its Swedish release in spring 2023. They have been nominated twice for the Guldbagge Award for Best Director, most recently in January 2024.

Ami-Ro is known for unconventional production methods, such as releasing their debut filmNasty Old People on The Pirate Bay, leading it to reach 113 countries and be translated into 18 languages by volunteers.
