Anna Linder is an artist primarily focused on moving images, installations, and performances. Her work particularly emphasizes experimental and abstract art, processes, collectivity, the periphery, interpersonal relationships, family history, and craftsmanship—especially using textile materials and techniques. The pieces reflect traces of feminist and queer experiences beyond a presumed heteronormative order and often depict family communities.

Anna Linder is also active as a curator and cultural producer. Based in Gothenburg since 2015, she is the initiator and artistic director of SAQMI – The Swedish Archive for Queer Moving Images, since 2017.
